OF THE Mesquite Gold and Copper Mining Company Know All Men by These Presents: That we. the undersigned, hereby associate our selves together for the purpose of forming a corporation under the laws of the territory of Arizona, and do hereby make, sign and ac knowledge the following"articlcs of incorpor ation: ARTICLE I. The name of the Incorporation so formed Is the Mesquite Gold and Copper Mining Company, and the names of the incorporators are D. A. Moore, E. B. Moore, Thomas Wood, E. L. Wood, M. II. Richards and T. W. T. Rich ards. The principal place of business is and shall be Yuma, in the county of Yuma, territory of Arizona. The corporation may also have branch offices at Los Angeles, California, and in New York City, and in such other places as the board of directors may determine, where meetings of the stockholders and the board of directors may be held and the business of the corporation carried on in accordance with the laws of Arizona with the same effect as if held, done and performed at Yuma, Arizona.
