Canada Bread (Canada Bread Company Limited) is the Bakery Products Group of Maple Leaf Foods based in Toronto. The logo is a combination of a "CB" (the company's initials), a Maple Leaf (for both the flag of Canada, and the company's parent), and a wheat shoot. On February 12 was announced that Grupo Bimbo entered in a definitive agreement to buy Canada Bread for 1.8 billion dollars.

The bakery grew and expanded with bakeries across Ontario. Today Canada Bread has 22 bakeries and operates in Canada, the United States and United Kingdom.
From 1969 to 1997 the company was known as Corporate Foods Limited
and return to the old name in 1997. The company acquired Dempster's Bread Limited in 1968 and then acquired by Maple Leaf Foods (which owns 90% of Canada Bread).
