New York, Feb. 18, 2008 -- Oak Hill Sportswear Corporation (Nasdaq: OHSC) announced today that it changed the Company's corporate name to REXX Environmental Corporation. The Company's new Nasdaq trading symbol will be REXX starting on February 19, 1998. The Company changed its corporate name to more accurately reflect its current business operations. On October 21, 1997, the Company acquired Watkins Contracting, Inc., a privately owned, San Diego-based environmental remediation contractor. Watkins Contracting provides asbestos abatement, hazardous materials and soil remediation, and demolition services, primarily in California, to commercial and governmental clients. Beginning with the date of acquisition, WCI's financial statements will be consolidated with those of Oak Hill Sportswear Corporation. The Company expects to report earnings for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 1997 in the early part of March 1998.
