Beautifully engraved certificate from the State Board of Education of Florida issued in the 1960s and 1970s. This historic document was printed by the Northern Banknote Company and has an ornate border around it with a vignette of the state seal of Florida. This item has the printed signatures of the Company's President and Secretary and is at least 36 years old.
