Beautifully engraved certificate from the Toledo and Ohio Central Extension Railroad Company issued in 1888. This historic document was printed by the Homer Lee Banknote Company and has an ornate border around it with a vignette of two allegorical women beside a river with flowers and a cornucopia. This item has the hand signed signatures of the Company's President, and Secretary, A. D. Follett, and is over 123 years old. Some wear on edges. Scan appears trimmed on top but is is intact. The top has paper remnants from coupons which made it hard to scan.
