This historic document was printed by Major & Knapp Eng Company and has an ornate border around it with a vignette of a steam locomotive passing by a group of workers next to a track. This item has the signatures of the Company's President, C.A. Lambard and Secretary, William H. Reynolds and is over 141 years old.
