This historic document was printed by the Broun - Green Co. and has an ornate border around it with a vignette of the company's name in clouds. This item has the hand signatures of the Company's President ( Anthony Brady Farrell ) and Secretary ( William J. Beresford ). There were only three stock certificates ever issued by this company.
