This item has the signatures of the Company's Directors and Secretary, and is over 107 years old. The Amalgamated Pneumatic Tyre Company was located in the City of Coventry which was the center of cycle and motor production. The Beeston Pneumatic Tyre Company later became the Amalgamated Pneumatic Tyre Company.
