Beautifully engraved specimen stock certificate from the American Bank Note Holographics, Inc. printed in the 1990's. This historic document was printed by the American Banknote Company and has an ornate border around it with a vignette of a holograph of an eagle. This item has the printed signatures of the company's president/chairman of the board ( Salvatore F. D'Amato ) and secretary. This certificate was a type that was not used by the company with their public shares.
