One signed page, front and back, and one blotter page, front and back from the hotel register of the American House located in Greenwich, New York dated in the year 1900. The Proprietor of the American House was A. H. Rice. The hand signed register shows the guest signature, residence , the time they checked in, their room number and how many horses they had (Horse Valet Service).
The blotter was used to help the ink dry for the ink pens used when registering. The blotter also had local advertisements on them including carriages, plumbing, pianos and organs, tombstones, feed stable for your horses and much more. This would look terrific framed!
