Beautifully engraved certificate from Bay View Sanatorium issued in 1928. This historic document has an ornate border around it with a vignette of lady sitting on a rock holding a anchor in one hand and a shield blocking lighting in the other. This item is hand signed by the Company's President and Secretary and is over 76 years old.
