Beautifully engraved certificate from the Boston Water Meter Copmany issued in 1884. This historic document was printed by Alfred Moore & Son, Printers and has an ornate border around it with a vignettes of a sailing ships. This item has been hand signed by the Company's President, P. L. Everett and Treasurer, and is over 127 years old.
