Beautifully engraved Scarce certificate from the Cellular Communications Incorporated issued in 1988. This historic document was printed by the Security Columbian Banknote Company and has an ornate border around it. This item has the printed signatures of the Company's President and Secretary and is over 13 years old. The company was acquired by Airtouch Communications in 1996.
