Beautifully engraved certificate from the Columbian Adding Machine Company issued in 1897. This historic document has an ornate border around it with a vignette of Columbus and his men. This item is hand signed by the Company's President (C. W. Walker) and Secretary and is over 105 years old. the certificate was issued to Mrs. M. A. Sawtelle. The certiifcate has been folded in thirds and shows some signs of wear.
