Beautiful signed and unissued certificate from the Colorado Investment Company ptined in the 1880's. This historic document was printed by the W. E. Badeau, New York and has an ornate border around it with a vignette of an Eagle with a Union Shield. This item has the signature of the Company's President, C. N. Holden and is over 120 years old.
Certificate Vignette The Colorado Investment Company was incorporated in New York and owned the Sovereign Mining company in Colorado. The Sovereign Mining Company owned ming claims in Colorado of which 660 acres were patented from 1887 to 1904.
