Beautifully engraved certificate from the Cosmopolitan Telephone and Telegraph Company issued in 1917. This historic document was printed by Goes Lithograph and has an ornate border around it with a vignette of a portrait of an allegorical woman. This item is hand signed by the Company's Assistant-Secretary and is over 95 years old.
