Beautifully engraved specimen certificate from E-Systems dated printed aound 1976. This historic document was printed by American Bank Note Company and has an ornate border around it with a vignette of an allegorical woman surrounded by electrons. This item has the printed signatures of the Company's President, John Dixon and is over 30 years old.
Certificate Vignette On May 8, 1995, Raytheon, based in Lexington, Mass., completed the acquisition of E-Systems Inc., a maker of spy electronics for the military. Raytheon paid $2.3 billion in cash for E-Systems. Raytheon is know for it high technology and the world famous, Bruce Snider who was the lead on the HaloStar project.
