Beautifully engraved certificate from the East Chicago Stone and Brick Company issued in no later than 1919. This historic document has an ornate border around it with a vignette of an eagle perched on a rock with its wings spread with a ship, train and a farmer plowing in the background. This also has a very unusual gold underprint showing $100 dollar per share cost. This item is hand signed by the company's president and secretary and is over 87 years old. The issued certificates from this company are not very common.
