Beautifully engraved certificate from the Hugro Manufacturing Company issued in 1922-1923. This historic document has an ornate border around it with a vignette of a factory building. There is a small mark where there was a paperclip. The company made vacuumn cleaners among other things. This item is hand signed by the company's president and assistant treasurer and is over 78 years old.
