Beautifully engraved certificate from the Hydro - Electric Company issued in 1923. This historic document was printed by the Security Banknote Company and has an ornate border around it with a vignette of waves breaking on the beach. This item is hand signed by the Company's Vice President ( Edmund Fritz ) and Treasurer and is over 82 years old.
