Beautifully engraved certificate from Merchants Exchange Bank issued in 1890. This historic document was printed by Falls City Litho. Co. Lou. Ky. and has an ornate border around it with a vignette of agriculture and commerce flanked by two plants. There is a gold overprint that says "Shares $100 Each". This item is hand signed by the Company's President ( T. F. Woods ) and Secretary ( A. P. Moore ) and is over 110 years old.
