Beautifully engraved certificate from the Nevada-Utah Mines and Smelters Corporation issued in 1908. This historic document was printed by the New York Banknote Company and has an ornate border around it with a vignette of a enclosed millsite. This item is hand signed by the company's vice-president and assistant secretary and is over 95 years old.
