Beautiful certificate from the New York Pier and Warehouse Co issued in 1869. This historic document was printed by Hatch & Company and has an ornate border around it with a vignette of several warehouses and piers nest to a coupld of old sailing vessels. This item has the signatures of the Company's President, Dan Packer and Secretary, Charles P. Shaw and is over 139 years old.
