Beautifully engraved certificate from the Overseas Securities Co., Inc. issued in 1929-31. This historic document was printed by the American Banknote Company and has an ornate border around it. This item is hand signed by the Company's President (C.C. Latour) and Treasurer (Reginald Staker) and is over 71 years old. The company operated an investment trust consisting of over 150 different companies in 20 foreign counties. John Foster Dulles was on their board of directors. Overseas Securities Co., Inc. name changed to Interwest Corporation in 1985. Interwest Corporation changed their name to Collum Companies who eventually went out of business.
