Beautifully engraved certificate from the Pettibone Mulliken Company issued in 1928. This historic document was printed by the Central Banknote Company and has an ornate border around it with a vignette of an allegorical man holding a hammer and sitting nest to a gear. This item is hand signed by the Company's President and Secretary and is over 75 years old.
