Beautifully engraved certificate from the Philadelphia Company for Guaranteeing Mortgages issued in 1929 - 1930. This historic document was printed by the Security Banknote Company and has an ornate border around it with a vignette of the city seal. This item is hand signed by the Company's President and Treasurer and is over 73 years old.
