Beautifully engraved SPECIMEN certificate from the Phillips-Van Heusen Corporation. This historic document was printed by the Security-Columbian in 1978 United States Banknote Corporation and has an ornate border around it with a vignette of three allegorical women, one sitting looking at a globe, another standing and the third sitting reading a book. This item has the printed signatures of the Company's President and Secretary and is over 24 years old.
