This historic document was printed by Jefferies Banknote Co. and has an ornate border around it with a vignette of an allegorical woman sitting. This item is hand signed by the Company's Vice President, George B. Epstein and Secretary, F. Mel. Brinekerhoff and is over 76 years old.
