Beautiful certificate from the Public Bank and Trust Company issued in 1921. This historic document was printed by Wm. Mann Company and has an ornate border around it with a vignette of the Pennsylvania State Shield. This item has the signatures of the Company's President, George W. Haney and Secretary, Jacob Ash and is over 85 years old.
