Certificate In 1921, the Silver King Divide Mining Company was reorganized by the formation of a new company called the Reorganized Silver King Divide Mining Co. Articles of incorporation of this new company had been filed in Nevada, and the old Silver King company had deeded to the new corporation all its assets and rights. Creation of the new corporation and the transfer of assets had been done in order to make stock assessable for future purposes of operation.
