Beautifully engraved certificate from the Republic Steel Corporation issued in 1976. This historic document was printed by the Security-Columbian Banknote Company and has an ornate border around it with a vignette of two allegorical men sitting by a steel mill. This item has the printed signatures of the Company's Chairman of the Board and Secretary and is over 25 years old. Republic Steel was acquired by LTV in1993.
