Beautifully engraved certificate from Specification Motoroil System of Chaffee Company, Inc. issued in 1931. This historic document was printed by the Goes Lithograph Company and has an ornate border around it with a vignette of an eagle on a rock, overlooking a large body of water. This item is hand signed by the Company's President and Secretary and is over 73 years old. Small cut on upper left corner.
