Beautifully engraved Certificate from the Spellier Electric Time Company issued in 1889. This historic document was printed by the Murphy's Sons Company and has an ornate border around it with a vignette of The Spellier Electric Time Clock invented by Louis Spellier. This item is hand signed by the company's President ( William B. Bement ) and Treasurer ( John Francis ) and is over 121 years old. This is the earliest Electric Clock Certificate we have seen. VF+
