Calumet, Michigan and has an ornate border around it with vignettes of men mining and it has an embossed corporate seal. The company had offices in Calumet, Michigan. This item has the signatures of the Company's President and Secretary and is over 97 years old.

The Superior Bonanza Mining Company owned 100% of Bonanza Mining Company, S.A. Bonanza Mining Company, S.A owned 491 acres of mining property near Imuris, Sonora, Mexico.
