Beautifully engraved certificate from the Will Smelting Company issued in 1906. This historic document has an ornate border around it with a vignette of men working in a mine. This item is hand signed by the Company's President (J. R. Leahl) and Secretary and is over 95 years old. This certificate has been taped on the left side. The company operated in Wickenburg, Maricopa County and Quartzite, Yuma County Arizona. The property included a 40 ton custom smelter, general store and hotel in Wickenburg, and a 50 ton furnance at Quartzite.
