Beautifully engraved unissued Certificate from the Williams Manufacturing Company printed in 1860's. This historic document was printed by Hosford & Sons and has an ornate border around it with a vignette of statue of a woman holding a flag, and a vignette of baskets. This item also has a revenue stamp location printed on it as we customary at the time fot the Civil War. The company was located in the State of Massachusettes.
