Beautifully engraved certificate from the Woodruff Sleeping and Parlor Coach Company issued in 1888. This historic document was printed by the Homer Lee Banknote Company and has an ornate border around it with a vignette of a train just pulling out of a tunnel. This item is hand signed by the Company's President and Secretary and is over 126 years old. 40 coupons attached on right not shown in scan.
Certificate Vignette Woodruff made the Silver Palace Car and eventually sold its assets to the Pullman Company in 1909.
