Beautiful certificate from the Woodstock Telephone Company issued in 1920. This historic document was printed by Steel Litho. and has an ornate border around it with a vignette of Lady Liberty holding an early candlestick telephone, a child, and a shield with the orginial thirteen colonies' flag, sitting in a cloud. This item has been hand signed by the Company's President, D.S. Rutherford, and Secretary, H.E. Luce, and is over 91 years old.
