ornate border around it with vignettes of an allegorical man sitting on top of a globe and the company's logo. This item has the printed signatures of the company's President and Secretary.
Under the names of APECO Corp. and American Photocopy Equipment Co. the Company engaged in various business activities, including the manufacture of photocopy machines. From 1985 until September 1995, the Company, under the name The Lori Corp., designed and distributed fashion jewelry. In September of 1995 the company decided it was losing too much money in the jewelry business and it set out to find a new line of work. The company acquired all of the stock of COMFORCE Global and changed its name. COMFORCE Global had been one of the subsidiaries of Spectrum Information Technologies, a company with a pending chapter 11 petition.
