Under the names of APECO Corp. and American Photocopy Equipment Co. the Company engaged in various business activities, including the manufacture of photocopy machines. From 1985 until September 1995, the Company, under the name The Lori Corp., designed and distributed fashion jewelry. The company acquired all of the stock of COMFORCE Global and changed its name. COMFORCE Global had been one of the subsidiaries of Spectrum Information Technologies, a company with a pending chapter 11 petition.
