Beautifully engraved certificate from the United Board & Carton Corporation issued in 1970-1971. This historic document was printed by the De La Rue Banknote Company and has an ornate border around it with a vignette of an allegorical man with the company's logo. This item has the printed signatures of the Company's President and Assistant Treasurer and is over 30 years old. The company merged with Wheelabrator - Fyre in 1973
