Beautifully engraved certificate from the Volt Volt Information Sciences, Inc.issued in the 1970's. This historic document was printed by the Security-Columbian Banknote Company and has an ornate border around it with a vignette of the company's intials in block letters. This item has the printed signatures of the company's president, William Shaw and is over 30 years old.
