All of said stock is fully paid and non-assessable, and no personal liability attaches to the stockholders. The Company was organized on the 20th day of December 1915, under the laws of the State of New York, with an authorized capitalization of $5,000,000 consisting of 100,000 shares of common stock of the par value of $50 per share.
