A new company specializing in short subjects, scenics, and animated plastic pictures, has been organized and have obtained temporary quarters at the Bloom film laboratories. Work has already been started on the initial picture. A slow-mo- tion camera is part of the equipment of the new company. J. E. Kelly, formerly of the Thos. H.
