Beautifully printed certificate from the Canby Land and Lot Company issued in 1937. This historic document was printed by the Goes Lithograph Company and has an ornate border around it with a vignette of an eagle perched upon a rock and branches. This item is hand signed by the Company's President and Secretary and is over 67 years old. The certificate was issued to Robert Congdon, of the famous Duluth Congdon family.
