Caradine Hat Company was one of the United States most recognized brands of hats. In 1931, Maritz Inc. produced the first national sales incentive prize book for the Caradine Hat Company. Soon customers started lining up--big names like Chevrolet, Shell and Ralston-Purina. Jewelry and other prizes were added to the Maritz Sales Builders' portfolio.
