Beautifully engraved unissued Certificate from the Chicago Gold Company printed in the 1860's. This historic document was printed by Western Engraving of Chicago and has an ornate border around it with a vignette of a wharf scene with period ships in the background and a wagon and people in the foreground. This item is over 135 years old.
Certificate Vignette This company operated a Gold Mine in Colorado and one of its original founders was George Pullman who invented the Sleeping Car in trains.
