Beautifully engraved uncancelled certificate from the Chicago Pneumatic Tool Company issued in 1939. This historic document was printed by the American Banknote Company and has an ornate border around it with a vignette of an allegorical man and woman with a train passing by in the background. This item has the printed signatures of the Company's President, A. Jackson and Secretary, W. L. Lewis.
