Beautifully engraved certificate from the Club Terrace Land Company issued in 1910. This historic document has an ornate border around it with a vignette of an allegorical woman sitting on a generator holding a light bulb. This item is hand signed by the Company's President (W. S. Mudd) and Secretary (W. H. Bason) and is over 92 years old. This is the first time we have seen this certificate.
