This historic document was printed by the American Banknote Company and has an ornate border around it with a vignette of the company logo. This item has the printed signatures of the Company's President and Secretary. The certificate's border has been cut in the lower left hand corner as shown in the scan.
Certificate Vignette Coeur d'Alene Mines Corporation is the largest primary silver producer, as well as a significant low-cost producer of gold. Founded in 1928, the Company is headquartered in Coeur d' Alene, Idaho and has mining interests in Idaho, Nevada, Alaska, Chile, Argentina and Bolivia. Coeur operates the country's two largest primary silver mines and has recently began producing silver and gold from a new generation of low-cost mines in South America. The Company expects to produce a record 15 million ounces of silver in 2002,up 40% over last year, and approximately 100,000 ounces of gold. Coeur's shares are traded on the New York Stock Exchange
